The measurements are for the garments, not body measurements. To determine how a garment fits, compare the measurements to an equivalent clothing article you already own.
Personal pick-up is not possible. We ship with UPS STANDARD service within the EU and with UPS EXPRESS SAVER for all other destinations.
Orders are processed as soon as we have received payment in full. You will be forwarded a tracking number for your order when UPS collects it and begins processing delivery.
For all parcels refused upon delivery due to unpaid customs charges, the customer assumes full responsibility for all return costs, including shipping charges, customs charges, and handling fees.
For orders outside the EU: Documents must be handled by YEAR0001 at the EU customs office before you can collect your order. Please note that the processing time for these documents may take up to an additional 2-3 days.
